Printing with wooden blocks resembling stamps is called "Chapai," and the block printing masters are known as "Chhippa." ▲ Washing & Fabric Care Instructions 1. Machine or hand wash is acceptable. If using a washing machine, please use a laundry bag and select a gentle/delicate cycle. 2. As the fabric is naturally dyed, there may be slight color bleeding during the initial washes. Please wash separately at first. 3. Use a neutral detergent for washing. Neutral detergent refers to pH=7, and detergents that do NOT have labels for strong cleaning, stain removal, color enhancement, or whitening. 4. It is recommended to dilute the detergent with water before adding it to the washing machine. Direct application to the fabric may cause localized fading. 5. Naturally dyed fabrics may have a slight odor, which will gradually dissipate with multiple washes. 6. As the naturally dyed fabric is used more, the color will slightly fade, developing a unique character over time. 7. For items containing linen, it is recommended to use a laundry bag before machine washing. Avoid over-drying during the spin cycle to minimize wrinkling. ▲ Photography & Actual Product Differences 1.
