[QuShuiChen Handmade] Iridescent Labradorite and Tourmaline Sterling Silver Necklace

Sterling Silver Necklace featuring Labradorite and Tourmaline. The central pendant measures 33x25mm, with the chain strung with tourmaline beads and sterling silver spacers. The clasp and findings are all 925 silver, and the internal wire is a Japanese steel wire. The total necklace length is 46cm with a 5cm extension chain. This necklace also came to life at a very leisurely pace, from initial concept to completion 😆. From the start, I wanted to complement the iridescent labradorite with a richly colored accent chain. The pendant itself features a classic twisted wire bezel, with subtle variations in silver wire thickness to create a visual convergence towards the center. Then began the long journey of finding the perfect accent beads. I initially experimented with other gemstone pairings, but discovered that the colors of the labradorite and tourmaline harmonized beautifully. I also tried the effects of both round and faceted beads before settling on the slightly oval, irregular shape of the beads, which I found best complemented the main stone. Of course, each section of color in the tourmaline was meticulously sorted by hand, holding each bead up to the light, to finally construct a "rainbow bridge" exclusively for this iridescent labradorite. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight.
