Slight shifts in placement, unevenness, or excess/residual adhesive are possible. In the event of damage during shipping due to impact, or if the jewelry is exposed to excessive heat causing stones to fall out, please note that we do not accept returns for such issues. If you are unable to accept the possibility of stones falling out, we recommend considering jewelry with set stones. | Soldering Method This technique joins metal by heating. All soldering is done by hand, and some marks are to be expected. Unforeseen circumstances arising during the manufacturing process are not considered defects. Affordable jewelry may occasionally have minor imperfections that do not affect wearability. COR-DATE will determine issues based on whether they impact the overall appearance when worn. If you need to examine the product meticulously under light from all angles and cannot accept any imperfections, please consider carefully. | Returns and Exchanges Earrings are considered personal hygiene items and are not eligible for a 7-day return period after opening.
