All graphics and text on each card must be identical. If you have different content or different versions, please count the quantities separately. ★ No additional charges apply for: Mixing and matching front and back designs (please clearly specify front + back design numbers), changing the background color, or converting non-photo layouts to photo layouts. Revisions are limited to three. ★ The initial layout is complimentary. Minor text adjustments are also free. Significant modifications (e.g., changing illustrations) may incur a fee. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental sustainability. ★ If your order is damaged during transit by the shipping carrier, please take photos immediately and send them to us. Thank you! 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) have different color gamuts, resulting in variations. ★ Screen colors are RGB: Displayed through a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK: Ink cannot reproduce certain exceptionally bright colors, so printed products may appear slightly less saturated and darker than on screen. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen artwork are normal. Color deviations in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen display. Different paper types, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Custom products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. If items are not collected, fees may be recovered according to the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or bear any costs or consideration. However, the same paragraph provides exceptions for reasonable circumstances in distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Standards for the Application of Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective from January 1, 2016. Article 2, Item 2 of these Standards clearly stipulates that "customized services provided according to consumer requirements" are excluded from the right to cancel the contract within 7 days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery service is not available for custom products. ⛔️ Custom products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
