The total number of modifications is limited to three. ★ The first layout is complimentary. Minor text adjustments are also free. If you need to reorder in the future, it will be treated as a new order. ★ Once the final design is confirmed and printing has begun, cancellations or modifications to the order and content are not accepted. ⭐️ Shipping ★ Paper37Shop strives to package items securely for shipment. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental sustainability. ★ If items are damaged during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and send it to us. After determining responsibility, we will arrange for returns or exchanges based on the situation, and we will seek compensation from the shipping carrier. ★ If delivery is delayed due to the shipping carrier, please inform us (this excludes 11/11, 12/12, long holidays, and special festivals). Thank you! 🔔 About Color Differences Screen colors (RGB) and print colors (CMYK) have different color gamuts, resulting in variations in how colors appear. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a luminous screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → ink cannot reproduce some extremely bright colors, so printed output will appear slightly less saturated and darker than screen colors. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen design are normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen calibration. Different paper types, ink batches, and ambient humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If you have precise color requirements, please consider this carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the seven-day appreciation period. If the item is not collected, fees may be recovered in accordance with the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act stipulates that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door sales may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to state reasons or incur any fees or considerations. The proviso in the same paragraph states that there are reasonable exceptions for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective from January 1, 2016.
