After placing your order, please message our studio. The designer will discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos, and we'll discuss the canvas size and background options. We recommend a canvas size of 27x22 cm, though other sizes are available with adjusted pricing. For a focus on your pet, a solid background is suggested. You're also welcome to message us first to discuss your needs before ordering! 2. Once confirmed, the artist will begin painting. The completion time varies depending on the artwork's complexity and size, so please be patient. 3. Upon completion, the designer will send a photo of the artwork for your review and discuss any necessary adjustments. Significant revisions may incur additional fees. 4. After any revisions, the artist will sign the artwork in a corner before it's shipped. Due to the nature of oil paints, the artwork needs to dry, so packaging and shipping will occur approximately one to two weeks after completion. Please note the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the provided photos match your furry friend's current coat. You may also provide multiple photos for the designer's reference. ***Each person and pet has unique features that require careful attention.
