[Cleaning and Properties] 1. For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the bowl with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As cooking oil is used for pressing without acid washing, some residual gray powder is unavoidable. This is a characteristic of the non-toxic and safe pure titanium process, so feel free to scrub. 2. For burnt-on food or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the rough side of a sponge or a soft steel wool. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed away, revealing the original color, rest assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, and can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these can strip the titanium's color and luster, and the damage will be irreversible. [Properties] 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and releases stress with difficulty. When steaming food or after washing, food imprints or large purple-blue patches may appear on items like bento boxes, fresh-keeping containers, or square pots. Brown patches may also appear after washing without heating (these are not rust; pure titanium does not rust). These are characteristics of the metal or changes that occur from prior firing. They do not affect safe use and will fade or disappear over time with normal use. 2. Square-shaped items, due to more challenging stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to developing brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking pans may develop purple-blue hues when heated above 250°C in an oven or over a direct gas flame. These colors are permanent but do not affect safe usage. 4. Large flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water stains, which is a characteristic of the metal. If this is a concern, wipe the item dry immediately after washing to prevent water spots from affecting its appearance. [Applicable Appliances] **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Applicable: If residual oil like olive oil is not washed clean, it may appear as blue-purple powder when dried.
