Order / Registration *The number of places is limited, and all courses are subject to reservation. Please make an appointment on Pinkoi in advance (reservation must be made 3 days in advance). *The organizer will contact you within 3 days after your order to confirm the appointment content. Please pay attention to the Pinkoi station letter or call (02-2552-8081). 2. Confirm whether the class start is successful 〇 The organizer will inform you whether the class will start 3 days before the class day. ✖ This class is for 4 people. If the number of applicants is insufficient at that time, the quota will be reserved for you. If the quota does not reach the class opening standard, the class time will be notified separately. 3. Attend courses *Admission opens 10 minutes before class starts, please report on the 1st floor. *In order for the course to proceed smoothly, please do not be late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund or make up lessons. *This course cannot be shared by 2 people. * For the convenience of operation, remember to trim the nails before class to avoid clay getting stuck in the nails. *Students with long hair can also tie up their hair before class to facilitate classroom operation. *In order to protect the rights and interests of students who pay for the class and maintain the quality of the class, each student must register for the course before entering the venue. Those who are not accompanied by the experience course will not be accepted. (Under the age of 6 is not subject to this restriction, but school children are only allowed to be admitted by one accompanying parent.) *Students are required to maintain the on-site environment and equipment, and compensate according to the price if there is any damage. *Occasionally, the organizer will take a side shot according to the needs during the class, and it may be uploaded to the community or the official website in the future. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other enrollment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements. 4. Firing process *【The process that the teacher will help you deal with after the class】Correction→drying→biscuit firing→glazing→glazing firing→final confirmation. It takes 3-4 weeks to complete the entire process. *Clay and glaze are natural materials, and the glaze color and shape may be slightly different due to high temperature. Air holes, flow glaze or bumps, and small cracks are normal phenomena, please understand. 5. How to retrieve the finished product ①Pick up by mail: *Our store ensures that the goods have been inspected and provided with good packaging before sending out, and there will be no additional charges, but we will not bear the risk of damage to the work due to factors such as multiple transshipments or road subversion during the delivery process. If there is any damage or loss during the transportation, the store will not be responsible for it, please forgive me. ※Shipping charges for outlying islands and overseas regions are not included. ②Come to the store to pick up by yourself: *Due to the limited space in our store, please come to the classroom to pick up the work within 2 months after the notification of collection. Overtime, our store will no longer notify individually, and will clear up unclaimed works on the shelf. *After receiving notification of the work, the store will no longer be responsible for keeping it before you come to the store to pick it up (for example, it was broken due to an earthquake, etc.), please come to pick up the work as soon as possible. ●About refund *If the course is due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for assistance in postponement or refund. *In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by our location (Taipei City) will be the class start and refund standard. *If you want to cancel the course, please call or send a letter to the organizer in advance to inform. In order for our store to arrange class seats, if the class is canceled 1-5 working days before the class day or on the class day, the full amount will not be refunded, but 70% of the course fee will be refunded (30% of the administrative process fee will be charged). ●Precautions for epidemic prevention *If you have a recent travel or contact history, or have a fever and upper respiratory symptoms, please do not enroll in the course. * During the teaching process, the teacher will wear a mask all the way. Students are requested to wear masks as well. *Before entering the store, please use alcohol to disinfect your hands and measure your forehead temperature. If you have a fever over 37.5°C, you cannot enter the classroom. If you have a fever, the course must be rescheduled. *Must cooperate with the registration form of the real-name policy of the command center. Thanks!
