Our products are made of 100% cotton fabrics and are filled with natural wheat grain that can be used either hot (heated in a microwave) or cold (stored in the freezer).
Ensure microwave is clean. For eye pillow size, heat for 1-2 minutes and for body wrap size, heat for up to 2-3 minutes. Heating time may vary according to the power of microwave.
Add a few drops of preferred pure essential oil to a small glass of water, then place your wheat bag next to the glass and heat for the required time to enhance relaxation.
CAUTION: DO NOT exceed heating times, let cool to room temperature before re-heating. DO NOT machine or hand wash wheat bag. If worn or torn please discard safely.
