The Specialty Museum provides return and exchange services
To remind you, please pay attention to the following situations so as not to affect your return rights.
The product is still within the 7-day appreciation period
Products that are abnormally tried on, have creases or dirt from use, or have been processed or lasted on the product, including soles that are worn, will not be returned.
The product status is brand new and all packaging and accessories remain intact (including shoe boxes, hang tags, gifts, accessories, internal and external packaging bags, event gifts, etc.)
If the returned product is not properly packaged and the shoe box is damaged/dirty, it will not be returned.
For orders that qualify for free shipping or for purchases made during free shipping events in the museum, the refund fee for returns will be deducted from the original free shipping shipping fee.
Please inform us in advance when returning goods. If you send it back by yourself without informing us in advance, we will reject it.
