To ensure that all participants have a complete experience, please read the following notes carefully before booking: 01| Booking Your Experience ・ This activity is by appointment only. Please complete your registration according to the available time slots on Pinkoi. ・ Each participant must complete registration and payment. Additional attendees cannot be accommodated on-site. ・ The venue is located at the Ministry of Culture's Cultural Heritage Park, 1916 Workshop R12-8. ・ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early. 02| Regarding Lateness ・ The activity will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving late will not extend the session's end time. ・ If lateness results in insufficient time for the full experience, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time. Partial refunds cannot be provided. ・ If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance via official LINE. We will do our best to assist based on the day's schedule. ・ If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted us beforehand, you will be considered a no-show and will forfeit your session. 03| Cancellations and Refunds ・ If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least one day prior to the activity. We will assist with cancellation and refunds. The specific refund method and timing will be in accordance with Pinkoi's platform regulations. ・ Cancellations on the day of the activity, no-shows, or unexcused absences are non-refundable. ・ If you are unable to attend due to personal reasons and need to cancel last minute, we recommend contacting us the day before. We will assist with rescheduling based on activity arrangements; if rescheduling is not possible, cancellation policies will apply. ・ In the event of weather, temporary park closure, or other circumstances beyond the participant's control that prevent the activity from proceeding normally, we will contact you proactively to arrange rescheduling or a full refund. 04| Rescheduling and Changes in Headcount ・ If you need to change your experience date or session time, please contact us via official LINE at least one day prior to the activity. We will assist with arrangements based on available slots. ・ Rescheduling is subject to the availability of other sessions and cannot guarantee a change to your desired date or time. ・ If the number of participants in your group decreases, please inform us in advance. For last-minute reductions on the day of the activity, fees for non-participating individuals will not be refunded. 05| Creations and Experience ・ The activity fee includes all materials, tools, and on-site instruction required for creation. ・ Each participant will complete one cake candle creation to take home. ・ Minor variations in shape, frosting texture, and details may occur due to individual techniques during the crafting process, making each piece a unique handmade item. ・ Please observe proper storage and usage guidelines for your candle after completion, following the instructions provided on-site. 06| Other Reminders ・ Hot wax and related tools will be used during the activity. Please follow the instructor's guidance at all times. ・ When children are participating, parents or guardians should assist in ensuring their safety. ・ For any questions regarding booking, rescheduling, or the activity itself, please feel free to contact us via official LINE before the event.
