1. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Rescheduling can be discussed with the instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise. Cancellations are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations made less than three days (72 hours) before the class are non-refundable.
3. As this workshop utilizes shared studio space, punctuality is essential. Please do not be late, as it may affect your learning experience. We cannot offer make-up sessions or extended time if you are late due to personal reasons and cannot complete the project.
4. This is a skill-based workshop, and accompanying guests are not permitted. Please discuss any special circumstances with the instructor.
5. Butter clay can be firm. Please consider this if you have a hand injury or weakness on your right side.
6. The workshop uses two types of butter clay. Clay formulas are not provided, but we will share information on where to purchase some materials for you to practice at home. If you wish to purchase proprietary clay formulas, please inquire with the instructor.
