Unlike synthetic PU or patent leather that appears flawless, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly, retaining unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered within normal range. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we do not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major flaws. Please consider this carefully if you are sensitive to such marks.
