If you receive a defective item, please keep it intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. Please refer to the actual product color. # Size: A measurement error of 0.5-1cm is considered normal due to different measurement methods. # Solder Points: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have minor solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, each with unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cotton-like inclusions within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each a unique gem with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls of consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding customized products) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the delivery date and lasting for 7 days. Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
