・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is confirmed before registering.
・Upon checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Simply arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not completed with payment will be considered unsuccessful registrations. Once a session is full, enrollment will close immediately, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・After payment, if unable to attend or wishing to reschedule, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund policies are as follows:
* In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Short-Term Tutoring Class Management Regulations, as published by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class starts, 95% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class starts, 90% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class starts, 80% of the total paid fee will be refunded.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, materials and venue arrangements are already prepared by the handicraft instructor. Refunds and rescheduling are not accepted on the day of the class. Participants who do not show up will forfeit their fee.
* To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and will forfeit their fee.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including the account name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased tickets are not permitted to enter or participate, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or in special cases where a parent and child are to participate together. Please call the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of participants for a session falls below 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer participants the option to switch to another session or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Food and beverages are not permitted in the handicraft classroom.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's directions.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experiential activity for recording and promotional purposes (e.g., for future recruitment campaigns on xiabenhow's social media).
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
