Refunds & Returns // If you wish to cancel for a refund during the proofing stage, a design fee of NT$100 per photo will be charged. Custom-made items are not subject to the seven-day appreciation period and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. (We are unable to resell your ordered product to others.) In cases of defects, shortages, or discrepancies with your order, please contact us, and we will assist you. Returns will not be accepted for subjective reasons such as "not as imagined" or personal aesthetic judgments. How to Order Customization // 1. Select the item you wish to customize and complete the payment. 2. After placing your order, please contact customer service. 3. Upon receiving your order and image files, customer service will confirm the order details and photo selection with you. 4. Once the photos are confirmed, the design process will begin. 5. For physical product design, a draft will be provided for your review and approval within 1-3 days. 6. After confirmation, printing and production will commence. Printing typically takes 30-35 business days, though some items may take longer as specified in their descriptions. You will be informed of the estimated shipping date. 7. Once your printed item is packaged, you will be notified on the day of shipment. If it arrives earlier, it will be dispatched ahead of schedule.
