・After checking in at the store and confirming your design, exchanges for a different style (only available for styles with materials in stock) can be made by paying the price difference. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to a lower-priced item.
・Only the registered participant has a reserved spot. Companions may be permitted to stay based on available space on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. To ensure ample practice time during the experience, please be mindful of punctuality.
・During the lesson, the instructor will demonstrate each step once and provide practice materials for the student to try before working with the final materials. If the finished product has irreparable defects due to personal error, a new set of materials will require repurchase.
・The silver ring class typically takes 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on the complexity of the design). After the class, the instructor will need approximately 2 hours for final finishing and polishing of the piece (you may explore the nearby area and return to pick it up). For same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If same-day pickup is not required, evening slots are available. The finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later.
The "Metalworking Handcraft Class" is an introductory course for metalworking. Taught by a professional metalworking instructor with one-on-one demonstrations, a wider variety of tools are used. Therefore, participants must be high school (or equivalent) or older and able to strictly follow the instructor's teaching methods to ensure safety during the learning process.
・It is essential to adhere to the instructor's guidance on the safe operation of tools and equipment. Participants must wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the class. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the class, with the individual responsible for any hazardous consequences resulting from unsafe use.
・If a typhoon or other natural disaster occurs on the scheduled class day, the class will be rescheduled according to the government regulations of the store's location.
・The company reserves the right to make changes to the course. If a store event conflicts with a scheduled class, advance notice will be provided to arrange an alternative date.
