Free Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase. 2. For damage incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, and confirmed as a quality issue by ARTEMISI, we will offer an exchange or complimentary repair. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a service fee will apply. Customers are responsible for a portion of the repair costs for their jewelry. If accessories are lost, or if damage occurs under specific conditions, or for other potential repair needs, the customer will bear the associated costs. a. Gem-grade zircons under 1 point will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. A material fee will be charged for gem-grade zircons over 1 point. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin remains intact, and the original pearl is available, repair is complimentary. c. For a broken pin (pin stuck inside the pearl) or a lost pearl, a material fee for the pearl and a service fee will be charged. 3. For natural damage occurring more than three months after the purchase date, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the situation. Additional charges for gemstones and pearls will be calculated separately. We reserve the right to refuse repair services. 4.
