・Upon arrival at the studio, after confirming your chosen style, you may exchange it for another style (only available for styles with materials in stock) by paying the difference. No refunds will be issued for exchanges to a lower-priced style.
・Workshop registrations are for the participant's spot only. Companions may be accommodated based on available space in the studio on the day, but they will not be able to participate in the experience.
・Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time. To ensure ample practice time during the workshop, please avoid being late.
・The instructor will demonstrate each step once. Participants will practice with provided materials before working on their final piece. If a mistake by the participant results in irreparable damage to the piece, a new set of materials can be purchased.
・The silver ring workshop typically lasts 2-3 hours (duration varies depending on the complexity of the chosen style). After the workshop, the instructor will perform fine finishing and polishing, which takes approximately 2 hours. You may explore the vicinity and return to pick up your piece. If you require same-day pickup, the latest appointment slot is 3:30 PM. If you do not require same-day pickup, you may book an evening slot, and your finished piece can be mailed to you (free shipping) or collected later.
The "Metalcraft Workshop" is a formal introductory course for metalworking. Professional metalcraft instructors provide one-on-one demonstrations. A variety of tools are used, so participants must be high school age or older and able to follow the instructor's guidance to ensure safety during the learning process.
・Please strictly adhere to the instructor's guidance regarding the safe operation of tools and equipment. Participants are required to wear safety goggles, masks, aprons, and closed-toe shoes during the workshop. Failure to comply may result in the instructor halting the session, with the individual responsible for any consequences arising from unsafe use.
・In the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster on the scheduled class date, the workshop will be postponed in accordance with government regulations for the respective city, and a new date will be arranged.
・The company reserves the right to modify course details. If a studio event is canceled for any reason, participants will be notified in advance to reschedule the workshop.
