Temperature and humidity can accelerate the decomposition or oxidation of organic gemstones. Due to the hardness and formation of organic gemstones, please also avoid hot springs and hot baths, as well as products containing cleaning agents. Opal is a delicate gemstone that requires a bit of moisture for its care. Therefore, we do not include desiccants in the storage bag. Like other gemstones, it should not be worn while bathing or in hot springs. Do not use silver polishing cloths to clean opals. Opals can be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth. We will include a jewelry polishing cloth. After wearing, gently wipe the ring clean and store it in the gemstone bag. For natural gemstone and metal jewelry, it is not recommended to wear them in hot springs or while bathing, as chemicals can easily cause chemical changes to the accessories. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, bleach, and please do not store jewelry in the bathroom or kitchen, as this can accelerate product oxidation. For sterling silver or gold-plated jewelry, when not in use, try to isolate it from moisture and air. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth or the included polishing cloth, then store it in a PVC resealable bag.
