4. Materials are prepared after order payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
