4. Materials are prepared after order confirmation and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-formatted invoice with a Tax ID number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the [Message to Designer] section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
