We will guide you through the most cost-effective repair process. • Step 3. Order on Pinkoi Service: If you wish to proceed directly through this platform, please select the corresponding option in the shop according to your needs and place an order. • Step 4. Receive Shipping Information: After placing an order on Pinkoi, please message us privately via the backend. We will provide you with the designer's 7-11 store pickup information for shipping. ⚠️ Important Notes 1. This service is exclusively for jewelry sold by our brand.
