During production, a transparent protective lacquer is applied repeatedly, followed by multiple rounds of delicate sanding and polishing. This process allows the lacquer to fill the natural pores and micro-imperfections of the wood layer by layer. Through dozens of cycles of coating and sanding, a smooth, refined, and rich high-gloss surface is achieved. This complex process not only makes the wood’s natural grain clearer and more vibrant but also fully reveals the depth and three-dimensionality of the wood patterns. The finished pen body exhibits a warm luster reminiscent of high-end automotive wood trim, showcasing the unique beauty of natural wood as light dances across its surface. If your handwriting is small or compact, we recommend the EF tip (extra fine) or F tip (fine).
