〈About the artwork〉
※ The metal fitting area and the base of the Kintsugi are reinforced with UV resin. Please understand that there may be slight resin overflow.
※ Depending on the artwork (such as translucent materials like sea glass or natural stones), the metal fittings may be changed to silver. Please rest assured that the material will remain the same.
※ What is Kintsugi... A traditional Japanese technique for restoring ceramics that have been damaged by chips, cracks, or breaks, using lacquer and gold powder.
※ We use new urushi, which is less likely to cause skin irritation, and gold powder (brass powder), rather than traditional urushi.
※ Since natural stones are natural, they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural variations.
※ Please understand that uneven glaze is characteristic of handmade items.
In particular, the sides of Mino ware tiles often have such variations.
※ Individual differences exist in allergies to metals, resin, and urushi. If you experience discomfort, please refrain from using the product and consult a dermatologist.
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may differ slightly from the product images depending on your monitor, brightness, and screen environment.
〈Care instructions〉
※ Please handle gently, as applying strong force may cause damage.
※ Be careful, as the Kintsugi part may come off if rubbed strongly or soaked in water for extended periods.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Avoid storing in high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight, as this may cause discoloration.

※ What is Kintsugi (golden mending)... A unique traditional Japanese repair method that joins broken or chipped ceramics using lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method for our creations, utilizing new urushi that is less likely to cause skin irritation and gold powder (brass powder), unlike the traditional urushi made from tree sap. UV resin is also used in combination for reinforcement.
