If there are any issues such as an incorrect item or a new product defect caused by transit, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with the return, exchange, or repair (for custom items) process. Please return the original item along with its packaging within 5 days of contact. Failure to return within the timeframe will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return/exchange rights. Please maintain the integrity of the product; it must be in "brand new, unused condition."
