Things to note
*Since handmade materials and seat quotas need to be arranged in advance, last-minute cancellation will cause great trouble.
If you need to cancel due to personal reasons, please request to cancel the order ten days before the event, and a full refund will be issued. If you need to cancel within ten days from the day before the event, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred. Since the designer must prepare materials before the event, ten days will be counted from the day before the event. Cancellation of orders will not be accepted within the period, but you can find someone to take care of it on your behalf
*Quota is limited. In order to protect the rights and interests of applicants, priority will be given to those who have completed remittance and reconciliation.
*If the number of registrations for the event does not reach 2 two days before the event start date, the design center has the right to cancel the event and notify the students to change the event or refund.
*If classes are suspended due to natural disasters or force majeure, the Design Management Committee will proactively contact you to provide a full refund or postpone classes. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by the event venue will be the class opening and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
*Environmental protection and caring for the earth, no packaging bags are provided on site, please bring your own handbags
*Only for ticket purchasers, please do not bring your companions.
*Admission opens 15 minutes before the event. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refunds will be given.
*Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor. If there is any violation and any damage is caused, you will be responsible for it yourself.
*If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the design studio, no refund will be given.
*The experience activity will be taken by the organizer according to the needs and will be uploaded to the Pinpin Academy community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
