* If you are unable to attend after payment, you may apply for a refund through the order system three days prior to the event date, with a 30% service fee of the ticket price to cover incurred costs.

* The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on the studio's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event, and special arrangements will be made.
