Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when new. Avoid wearing it with white clothing when you first start using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are left on the surface and back. Because it is natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its natural characteristics, each piece becomes unique. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished only with dyes and not pigments, color adjustment is difficult, leading to inevitable color variations. There will be variations even within the same color. This is the natural, characteristic look of leather finished with dyes. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide, with some areas having more pronounced grain than others. These differences are part of the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Italian Leather Mark, Leather Size Indicator The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather and indicate the size of the hide. Each number is printed once per hide and carries a certain aesthetic. They are printed on high-quality sections and are intentionally left as they are. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I find items with these numbers appealing. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, leading to stains. Wiping it dry as soon as possible after it gets wet can help prevent stains. Applying Ranapur Leather Treatment can provide water-repellent effects. ◾️ Traw These are streaks or wrinkles that appear in areas of intense stretching and contraction due to the animal's movement. They are a unique characteristic of natural leather and are not cracks or signs of impending splitting. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather products are made by bonding thin leather with a core material for strength, and often have a lining inside. Unlike leather, linings can deteriorate over time, becoming sticky or ragged. To ensure longevity, this product is crafted using only thick, strong leather without any lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used at LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a richer patina and deeper color over time with oil maintenance. For bags, apply oil approximately once every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Ranapur, available in our online store. Ranapur is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, due to frequent handling, will naturally develop a lustrous color change without the need for application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges are not possible unless there is a defect in the product.
