This process creates a fabric with a relaxed, natural texture that allows you to enjoy its "lightness," "softness," and "aging" rather than "deterioration." We cherish this characteristic. As the fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving flaws" may appear, which might look like "frays" at first glance. These are unavoidable with the use of antique machinery. While we strive to minimize them by conducting thorough inspections at the factory and carefully selecting fabric pieces during cutting, and by using them in less visible areas if found, we cannot eliminate them entirely due to the nature of the machinery.
