Will they cause allergies? A: Our earring hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal, which differs from the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced jewelry. Due to the absence of nickel in both the material and plating, there are no allergy concerns. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still experience allergies after wearing them? A: If you still experience allergic reactions after wearing them, the causes are likely: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to sanitize before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual sensitivity (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from various factors, and the earring hook material is rarely the sole cause. We recommend undergoing an allergy test at a hospital for a professional diagnosis to clarify the specific cause and protect both parties' interests. Since we began crafting jewelry in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions to date. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current technology does not allow for such intricate designs with acrylic. These are all handmade. To accommodate Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue after crafting to provide basic water resistance (sufficient for humid air, rain, and sweat). However, we advise removing them for activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long will it take to ship after placing an order? A: We craft and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (as we participate in weekend markets). Since we operate through market stalls and events, and postal services do not deliver on weekends, all orders are shipped between Monday and Friday.
