A renowned tea from Beipu, Hsinchu. After the tender leaves are kissed by the leafhopper, the tea transforms as if by magic. The initial sensation is a soft, full-bodied liquor gently touching the tip of the tongue, blossoming into a sweet, fruity aroma that captivates the senses. 【Kuei Time Hot Brew Method】 1. Warm the pot: Pour hot water into the glass teapot to gently warm it, then discard the water after 30 seconds. 2. Dry aroma: Place an appropriate amount of tea leaves into the pot. 3. Brewing for enjoyment: For Oriental Beauty with its strip-shaped tender leaves, use water at approximately 85°C. Pour hot water, cover the teapot, and let it steep for about 2 minutes before enjoying. 4. Subsequent infusions: This tea can be steeped 6-7 times, with each infusion taking 2 minutes. 【Simple Office Brew】 1. Spread the tea leaves evenly at the bottom of the tea filter. 2. Hang the tea filter on your mug. 3. Head to the pantry, share some gossip with colleagues, and carefully pour in about 350cc of hot water between 75-85°C. 4. Let it steep for 2 minutes. As the leaves unfurl slightly and the liquor turns a warm orange-yellow, remove the tea filter and enjoy. This can be steeped about 4 times, with each infusion taking 2 minutes. 【Sleepy Time Cold Brew Method】 1. Combine tea leaves and water in a bottle using a ratio of 5 grams of tea leaves to 500cc of water. 2. Place the bottle in the refrigerator and let it steep overnight (approximately 8-10 hours).
