If the cord becomes detached or broken during wear, we offer free re-stringing (you will only be responsible for round-trip shipping costs). ● If the cord becomes worn and needs replacement after prolonged wear, there will be a service fee of $100 TWD + round-trip shipping costs. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or findings after prolonged wear, there will be a material and service fee of $200 TWD + round-trip shipping costs (replacement of main ornaments or special accessories are not included and will be quoted separately based on the style).
