Brass material is relatively soft; please avoid forceful pulling when wearing. If the chain breaks, a new chain can be purchased separately; repair is not possible. 2. The wire-wrapped areas of semi-precious stones are also delicate. Avoid snagging on clothing. Semi-precious stones are unique and subject to availability. If sold out, they can only be replaced with other available accent stones. 3. For repairs and after-sales service under the above conditions or other circumstances, round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Use a measuring tape to lay flat against your neck down to your desired pendant position, noting the measurement in centimeters. 2. The visible length of a necklace can vary for everyone with the same measurement. It is recommended to estimate this for yourself beforehand. Gently wipe with the provided polishing cloth after each wear. 2. Semi-precious stones are sensitive to chemicals (like shower gel, perfume, etc.).
