3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to arrange and confirm your preferred date and time.
4. As materials need to be prepared after payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a standard receipt for your purchase. If you require an invoice with a company tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
