The workshop includes engraving. You can engrave English letters, numbers, and icons (note: some designs may not be suitable for engraving).
Need to measure ring size for a gift?
● How to Measure: Use a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) to wrap around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart for conversion.
● Provide your approximate height and weight to our staff, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's made.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and safe to wear while showering. Depending on individual body chemistry (pH levels), the rate of oxidation may vary. When silver jewelry oxidizes and turns black, it can be restored to its original silver color with toothpaste/silver polish/a polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

[Care Instructions]
• When not wearing your jewelry, clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
[How to Use Care Products]
★ For oxidized or blackened sterling silver, simply use a soft-bristled toothbrush with a small amount of toothpaste and water. Gently brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer. Use a polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance, used to wipe metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polish
1. Immerse the silver jewelry in the silver polish for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the silver polish and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a soft cloth or a hairdryer.
4. Use a polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new.
**Important:** Do not immerse jewelry with a vintage black finish in silver polish, as it will revert to its original silver color.

**Workshops can commence with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes to the schedule or cancellations after confirming your workshop registration must be made at least three days prior to the class.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your payment can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. You may also exchange your design for another of the same price (subject to available materials).
Exchanges for designs of a lower price are possible, but the price difference will not be refunded.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available seating if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled workshop time for check-in and trying on samples to avoid delays and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying with the complexity of the chosen design. Your creation can be taken home the same day.
**★ Due to current pandemic measures, masks are required for entry.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's safety guidelines for equipment operation.
Female participants may need to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of typhoons or other natural disasters on your scheduled workshop date, classes will be canceled based on government advisories for public safety. A new date will be arranged.
