Please be mindful of color transfer, especially when the item is new. Avoid wearing it with light-colored clothing when you first start using it. ◾️ Scars and Vein Marks Scars and vein marks from the animal's life are preserved on both the surface and the back of the leather. This natural leather, intentionally crafted to showcase its authentic character, results in a truly unique piece. ◾️ Color Variation As the leather is finished using only dyes and no pigments, color adjustment is challenging, leading to inevitable variations. Even within the same color, there can be differences. This dye finish contributes to the natural, authentic feel of the leather. ◾️ Variation in Texture and Grain The grain refers to the wrinkled pattern on the leather's surface. The density of this pattern can vary across a single hide, with some areas having more pronounced wrinkles than others. These natural variations are part of the charm of genuine leather. ◾️ Markings Indicating Italian Leather and Hide Size The numbers on the back are a mark of Italian leather and indicate the size of the hide. Each hide is stamped with a single number. These markings have a distinctive character and are placed on quality sections, so they are left as is. Therefore, they may occasionally appear on the product. Personally, I find items with these markings appealing. ◾️ Water Stains The leather can absorb water, potentially leading to stains. Wiping it as soon as possible if it gets wet can help prevent stains. Applying a leather treatment like Renapur can provide water-repellent effects. ◾️ Strae These are linear patterns or wrinkles that appear in areas of intense muscle movement and stretching. They are a distinctive characteristic of natural leather and are not indicative of cracks or splitting. ◾️ Luxurious All-Leather Construction Without Lining Typical leather goods are made by bonding thin leather with core materials for strength, and often feature an inner lining. However, unlike leather, linings can deteriorate over time, becoming sticky or tattered. To ensure longevity, this item is crafted using only substantial leather, utilizing its inherent thickness and strength, without a lining. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used by LADIES&GENTLEMEN will develop a richer luster and deeper patina over time with oil maintenance. Apply oil to the bag approximately every 3 to 6 months. We recommend Renapur, available in our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment that conditions, adds shine, and provides water repellency. Small leather goods, being handled frequently, will naturally develop a lustrous color without the need for additional treatment. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be accepted unless there is a defect in the product.
