In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period starting from the day after receiving the product. Please note: The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Therefore, returned items must be in new condition and complete with original packaging (including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original manufacturer's packaging, and all accompanying documents or data). Do not omit any accessories, disassemble the product for inspection, or damage the original outer box. The original outer box and packaging are part of the product.
