Pietersite Sterling Silver Pendant. Pendant size: 47x28mm. Metal materials: 925 silver and 999 silver. Surface: antiqued finish. A rare find of Pietersite, one of my personal favorites, is back! Some of you have asked why I tend to choose particularly large stones for my Pietersite creations and if smaller options are available. This time, I've selected the smallest loose stone I have available for pendants. However, at over 3cm in length, it's still considered quite large by many, so perhaps I should consider making necklaces from my larger ring-top stones next time. Following my design preferences for Pietersite, it features a classic bezel setting and decorative edges woven with lines of varying textures. A heraldic emblem adorns the bail. The metal boasts a smoky, antique silver hue, leaving the main stone's colors and luminescence to speak for themselves. ❖ Product photos are mostly taken in natural daylight. Dimensions are listed as length x width (x thickness). In addition to commercially available silver chains, we recommend pairing sulfurized, antiqued silver pieces with stainless steel chains for a harmonious color tone. ❖ Minor nicks or cuts may occur on the wire during the weaving process due to handling pressure, but these typically do not affect wearability. ❖ "Artistic copper wire" indicates specialized craft wire with a copper core, plating, and protective layer. "Red copper wire" and "Brass wire" refer to bare copper wire (no plating). Silver wire will be specified as 925 or 999 silver. ❖ Natural stones may inherently have characteristics such as inclusions, patterns, or minor chips. Small imperfections in drilling or polishing may also be present. ❖ Shipping is by default in simple packaging, including protective cushioning and a mailing bag, along with a resealable bag for storage. 【Artistic Copper Wire Woven Jewelry】 ❖ Artistic copper wire is a specialized craft wire with a copper core, plating, and protective layer. With normal use and care, its color can remain vibrant for several years. ❖ Due to the plating and protective layer, please do not use silver polishing cloths or toothpaste for cleaning, as this will rapidly wear away the plating. ❖ After wearing, gently wipe off any moisture (especially sweat) with a soft cloth and store in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when visiting hot springs, as this can accelerate wire degradation and potentially damage the natural stones. 【Unplated Copper Wire / Silver Wire Woven Jewelry / Pure Silver Metalwork Jewelry】 ❖ Red copper wire, brass wire, and silver wire are unplated. Natural oxidation is a normal phenomenon, gradually developing into a vintage bronze or silver patina. The color and speed of oxidation will vary with wear and individual body chemistry, which is part of the unique character of unplated wire jewelry. In terms of oxidation speed, red copper wire tends to change faster (within days to weeks, it may develop a vintage red-copper hue), while brass and silver oxidize more slowly. ❖ Sulfurized (antiqued) wire has a more stable color tone compared to untreated wire. However, polished areas will still gradually oxidize naturally. ❖ To clean oxidized areas, you can generally use a silver polishing cloth or gently brush with toothpaste, then dry with a cloth or a cool hairdryer. ❖ After wearing, wipe off any moisture with a soft cloth and store in the provided resealable bag. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when visiting hot springs, as this can accelerate wire oxidation and potentially damage the natural stones. ❖ All unplated wire jewelry can be sent back for re-polishing (you will only need to cover the round-trip shipping costs). 【Natural Stones】 ❖ Natural gemstones may inherently have inclusions, patterns, chips, or dark spots. Minor imperfections in drilling or polishing may also be present. ❖ The natural stones used in our pieces are mostly semi-precious. Some types of stones may have lower hardness (this will be specifically noted). Please avoid contact with polishing agents like silver polishing cloths or toothpaste when cleaning the metal parts of your jewelry, as these can damage the natural stones. ❖ Please avoid wearing during activities that cause heavy sweating, such as sports, and when visiting hot springs, as this may damage the natural stones.
