Pour in about 350cc of boiling water and steep for about 5 minutes. Sweetened Brew Place approximately 3g of tea leaves into a teapot or infuser. Pour in about 350cc of boiling water and steep for about 5 minutes. Strain the leaves and then stir in sugar to taste. Cold Brew Method | Best with Sugar or Honey Place approximately 6g of tea leaves into a teapot or infuser. Pour in about 500cc of boiling water and steep for about 7 minutes. Strain the leaves. Fill a glass with about 1/3 ice, then pour in the brewed tea. Sweeten with sugar or honey to your liking. Warm Milk Tea Brew Method Place approximately 3g of tea leaves into a teapot or infuser. Pour in about 350cc of boiling water and steep for about 6 minutes to fully release the tea aroma. Strain the leaves. Gently heat milk to about 80°C, then pour it into the black tea.
