Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins – these are not flaws. During processing, shipping, and crafting, minor indentations and scratches may occur. Unless the leather surface is damaged, these are considered normal. Additionally, even within the same brand, different production batches and storage times can result in variations in leather color. Even on the same hide, different areas may absorb dye differently. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "monogramming text and font," at the time of ordering. If no specifications are provided, the stitching color will be chosen by the designer, and the monogramming area will be left blank. As each item is custom-made, it cannot be resold to others. Therefore, we cannot change the stitching or re-monogram the text after production.
