Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains unique markings and imprints from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood veins, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations and scratches are unavoidable and will be considered normal within the acceptable range as long as the leather surface is not damaged. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these markings, except for major imperfections. Additionally, even within the same brand, color can differ between batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to varying absorption rates. Colors will not be identical between subsequent orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges) This item is made to order as a **customized product**. Please specify your custom requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" selected by the designer and the "embossed text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed).
