Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's life, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, and veins, which are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur. As long as the leather surface is not damaged, these are considered normal. Out of respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these marks, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. The finished product cannot be compared to machine-made perfection but possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and use, the leather will develop its own patina, showing scratches and gaining a sheen, gradually revealing a unique appearance that reflects the owner's journey. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather piece uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays can have color variations. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can differ between batches due to different import times or storage periods. Even on the same hide, the leather's texture and dye absorption can vary across different areas. Colors will not be consistent between two separate orders. Please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossing text and font," in the order notes. If no customization is specified at checkout, you agree to have the "stitching color" chosen by the designer and the "embossing text" left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is a mistake in the specifications, our "customized products" do not have an appreciation period. We also do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as being too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
