If you need to adjust the length, please let us know your wrist circumference. ◆ Our silver jewelry is hand-polished to showcase the unique qualities and natural beauty of sterling silver. If you require gold plating, please inform us; a jewelry-grade gold plating service will incur a fee of 300. ◆ Some items are limited editions personally designed by Calvin Lai, featuring a (C.L) logo stamp inside. We only sell natural gemstones and Burmese jadeite. ◆ We can arrange for an appraisal certificate for an additional fee of 800. ◆ Most natural gemstones have natural inclusions or textures. The color and cut of each stone may vary slightly, and no two are exactly alike. Those who are perfectionists or concerned about such variations should refrain from purchasing. ◆ Product photos are taken of the actual items. The color may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions during photography and variations in computer monitor settings, or due to individual perception of color.
