Delivery Methods For the greater Taipei metropolitan area and nearby regions: Delivery will be made on the same day via Lalamove courier or by our staff. For outer Taipei regions and other counties: Delivery will be made the day before the scheduled date via Black Cat Delivery (delivery on Sundays and Mondays cannot be guaranteed, and is subject to the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date). Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure that the recipient's name and phone number are accurate, and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or inability to contact the recipient.
