If confidentiality is required, please inform us specifically. ✨Once production has begun and the custom wool felt piece is completed, changes to pose/expression and returns/exchanges will not be possible. ✨Placing an order confirms your agreement to the above terms and conditions. Feel free to share any ideas for discussion. ✨Wool felt creations are not suitable as toys. Please handle with care and avoid vigorous rubbing or sleeping with them. Gentle touch is fine. ✨Please keep the work dry. Wool felt is prone to shrinking and deforming when washed with water. If the piece gets soiled, it is recommended to clean the affected area locally and air dry. ✨As these are 100% handmade creations, slight needle marks may be visible. It is impossible to replicate your pet exactly (100% identical). However, the shop will make its best effort to restore the likeness, achieving a similarity of 90%-95%.
