Yangxing I 8 types of light roasted beans complete set I 1 pack of each type (20g)

**coffee roasting concept** Don’t blindly pursue the roasting degree, and take the original flavor of the green coffee beans as the primary goal. We will first use the standard roasting techniques used in the store to test the overall presentation of the green beans. After cupping, we will determine the flavor direction to be expressed according to the characteristics of the green beans. After re-examining the roasting curve, we will adjust and modify it to find the most appropriate roasting method for the green beans. The roasting position optimizes flavor presentation, emphasizing defined flavor, bright acidity, rich sweetness and overall balance. **Rwanda Northern Province Rulin Duo Sky City Sunshine** **[Flavour description]**Mango, apricot, strawberry jam **Mamacat Estate Caturra Wash in Poquete, Panama** **[Flavour description]**Orange, grapefruit tea, almond **Colombia Vera Comfort Manor Caturra Sunshine** **[Flavour description]**Dried fruit, dark fruit, cocoa **Guatemala Colis Jalapa SHB 120 hours slow drying sun** **[Flavour description]**Berry, honey, stone fruit **Yirgacheffe Vijda Town, Ethiopia 74110 Shade and Sun** **[Flavour description]**Yellow flower, mango, loquat **Rwanda Mushasha Cooperative Bourbon Wash** **[Flavour description]**Cherry, white chocolate, vanilla **Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Airega G1 Washed** **[Flavour description]**Jasmine, green tea, lemon **[Weight]**One pack of each style [20 grams], 8 styles in total **〔Roast degree〕**Light roast **㊣ Adhere to Taiwan’s freshly baked handmade products ㊣** https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52340818610_de7d54c17a_c.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52340818595_1a716b0c40_c.jpg
