⚠️ Ticket Purchase and Workshop Guidelines (Please Read Carefully Before Ordering)
To ensure the quality of the experience for every participant and to prepare materials in advance, placing an order signifies your agreement to the following terms:
【Cancellations and Refunds】
Due to the pre-ordering of specialized materials (such as wooden or metal components and specific yarn colors), cancellations and refunds are not permitted after a workshop reservation is confirmed.
【Rescheduling and Postponement Policy】
One Week's Notice: If you need to change your date due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the design studio at least 7 days prior to your selected workshop date.
One Free Reschedule: For those needing to reschedule within one week (7 days) of the workshop date, we offer one complimentary postponement. This can be applied to another session within 2 months from the original scheduled course date.
Failure to Reschedule: If rescheduling is not completed within 2 months, or if you are unable to attend after the complimentary reschedule, your original order will be considered forfeited and will require a new booking.
【Late Arrivals and Same-Day Cancellations】
Same-day cancellations or arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the workshop due to the impact on subsequent sessions and other participants' rights. No refunds or reschedules will be provided; a new booking will be required.
【Extended Crafting Service】
To help everyone complete their masterpiece, the studio includes an additional 30-minute buffer time. If you are still working on your piece at the scheduled end time, you may arrange a separate time to return to the studio for "continued crafting" at no extra charge.
