1. After completing your work on the day, it will require one to two weeks for further processing before you can collect it. Completed works will be announced on Instagram and Facebook!
**If you are unable to pick up your work from the studio, you can arrange for shipping on-site.**
**"Reminders: 1. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. 2. As the artwork is made of glass, shipping is not recommended. If shipping is chosen, the studio will not be responsible for any damage incurred during delivery (although we package with great care)."**
2. Participants: Ages 5 and above. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (An on-site fee of NT$300 will be charged for a second person accompanying the participant. If it's one adult and one child, please specify in the remarks section.)
Reminder: Two adults cannot share one lamp.
3. The studio will occasionally share behind-the-scenes photos from classes on its fan page. If you do not wish for your image to be shared, please inform us.
4. Weather Impact: In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the experience.
4. Once this event ticket is sold, it is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please transfer your ticket to another participant or reschedule to another session within one month of your original experience time. A NT$500 handling fee will be charged for changes made within 48 hours of the experience. Arriving more than half an hour late for your scheduled experience time will be considered a forfeiture of your right to attend.
