**Creation Process**
During the workshop, your instructor will teach you snowflake wax dyeing techniques. If you prefer not to have brown earth, you can dye it any color you desire! We then use different materials to create distinct textures: jelly wax for a crystal-clear, ice-like lake surface, complemented by miniature houses and dried foliage to design your own tiny world.

・Orders that are not paid will be considered as not successfully registered. Once a session is full, enrollment will immediately close. Unpaid orders will not be counted towards the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
* Up to 1 day before the class date, you may reschedule or request a refund with a 20% processing fee. Rescheduling is limited to one time.
* If you choose to reschedule, it must be for a session within the next 2 months. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, you may opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted due to material and venue arrangements already being prepared. Failure to attend will be considered forfeiture.
* If the class is suspended due to official epidemic control measures, we will prioritize assisting with rescheduling or providing a full refund.
* To protect the rights of other participants, those who arrive more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered to have forfeited their spot.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・A pre-class notification will be sent two days before the workshop. Please ensure your email contact information is correct to avoid missing it. If you do not receive the course notification, it may be due to system filtering; you can come directly to the venue, and we will not provide additional phone notifications.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders may not accompany or participate, unless it is a parent-child participation.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event starts, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and notify participants to change to another session or receive a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure the smooth progress of the workshop, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event records or other recruitment and promotional activities.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
