Biography of Chen Xuan-Heng: Born in Taipei City in 1970. Graduated from Fu-Hsing Trade and Arts School, Sculpture Department in 1988. Completed training in the Decoration Group of the Ceramic Department at the Taiwan Handicraft Research Institute in 1992. Selected for the Creation Group in the first National Ceramic Art Competition (Golden Pottery Award) in 1993. Graduated from the Sculpture Department of Taiwan Provincial College of Arts. Designer for Xing Long Pottery & Ceramics Gift Development. Graduated from the Department of Crafts, National Taiwan University of Arts. Lecturer for Hand-Built Pottery in Life at San Chung Community University, Luzhou Campus, New Taipei City.
