・Capacity: 6-10 people per session (Minimum participants to start: 6 people)
・Includes: Workshop experience, on-site tools and materials, one 7-inch starry night painting
・Location: 2nd Floor, No. 65 Huafu Street, North District, Taichung City, "Unlimited Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then board bus #35 from Platform D to "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Road)." Turn right onto Huafu Street and walk straight for about 4 minutes; you will see the "Unlimited Heart Life" cafe.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as proof of registration. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no further SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are not paid for will be considered incomplete registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once a class is full, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call us at (02)2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
・Refunds are subject to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Supplementary Schools, as promulgated by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee.
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the actual amount paid will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the actual amount paid will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the actual amount paid will be issued.
・Rescheduling is permitted for classes within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot adhere to the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the class, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been made. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, individuals arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and forfeit their participation.
・For refunds, please provide your bank account details (account number and name). All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to join, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special circumstances requiring parent-child participation, which can be inquired about by calling the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the scheduled start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling option or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the crafting classroom. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. These may be used in event records or other recruitment and promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
